As your sellers agent I will give you up-to-date information on what is happening
in the market place and the price, terms and conditions of competing properties.
These are key factors in getting your property sold at the best price, quickly, with
little inconvenience.
Marketing
I will go through the entire property with you, recommending any repairs or cosmetic
work that will significantly enhance the sale of your home.
• Your home will be on the Multiple Listings Service exposing it to agents around the greater Puget Sound.

• The Windermere Tour on Mondays also allows other agents within the company to preview/ show your home.

• Brokers Open Houses - For all agents in the Multiple Listings Service.

• Office Tour - Each agent in my office will have a chance to tour your home. Because of this marketing tool, many sales happen this way.

• Public Open Houses will be held with the Windermere double page ad in the Seattle Times and P.I. in the Sunday Real Estate section.

• Flyers and Delivery Services - Every agent in the area will see a creative and informative flyer on you property.

• Internet Web Site - Your home will be advertised on my Web site, Windermere's web site, the Multiple Listings Service's Web site, to agents and the public around the world.

When the property is marketed with my help you do not have to allow strangers into
you home. Agents will accompany qualified prospects through your property.

keep in touch after closing with market information and assist other friends or relatives.
